Jacob + Lydia Cook // Wedding

A couple of weeks ago, I photographed the wedding of one of my longest friends and it was the most fun, celebratory, and simply beautiful day! I am so grateful to Lydia for asking me to shoot her wedding months ago when I first starting booking my own for this year. Her trust in me throughout the months leading up to her wedding day and her confidence in me meant so much coming from a friend I’ve known since we were kids. I can’t believe that Jacob and Lydia’s wedding day has come and gone already, but I hope that through these pictures they can remember the moments - both big & small - celebrating, crying, laughing, hugging, and dancing the night away with their best friends and sweet families. I had so much fun shooting their wedding and partying it up at their reception (which turned into the coolest club atmosphere ever & included a late night snack of Dippin’ Dots & ended the night with a Greatest Showman finale, I mean COME ON).

I just had to share some of my favorite snaps from their beautiful day and some of the personal & special moments that I’m lucky enough to get to see. It is such an honor to be a part of every wedding day that I shoot, but this one was extra special to do for a long time friend and family I care for so much. Jacob & Lyd, I wish y’all so much happiness and blessing together in your marriage and I cannot wait to see what your future holds as Mr. and Mrs. Cook!
