Madison + John // Engagement Pictures

Throwing it back to this sweet September engagement session with Madison and John at one of my favorite venues, the Barn at Sitton Hill, which was so generous to let us use their property for pictures when we had to reschedule Madison and John’s engagement pictures. Funny story about our original date for their pictures… I drove all the way to Charleston for their engagement session a few weeks before this and immediately upon arriving to the area, the weather had changed and there was a horrible thunderstorm covering all of Charleston for the rest of the night (aka no way we could take pictures outside). So I literally just turned around and drove straight back to Greenville without getting out of the car LOL. It was definitely one of those moments where you laugh about it later, but in all seriousness, I’m so glad we had to reschedule because Madison and John came to Greenville a few weeks later and we got to take their pictures at this beautiful venue with all the greenery and open fields. It was the perfect late summer evening with these two and I had so much fun hearing all about how they met and ended up together (which by the way involves a class together at Clemson and a 21st birthday kiss in a bar - I love it!!). I feel like these pictures are so light hearted, romantic and fun and really capture these two and their personalities with each other, which is always my hope when we take pictures together! I’m so thankful to be in this sweet season with them and can’t wait until their May wedding day gets here!
