Harry + Leah // Engagement Pictures

It was so sweet getting to shoot Leah + Harry’s engagement pictures! I’ve known Leah since middle and high school and we grew up in school and church together. She is seriously one of the kindest and simply most beautiful people I know. It’s so surreal that I now get to shoot and be apart of her love story with Harry. I met Harry a few times before we had their engagement session, but I feel like I really got to know him and them as a couple so much better throughout their engagement session! They both not only have so much fun together, but really compliment each other’s personalities, qualities and I can tell are just simply better together. I love seeing my friend with someone who cares for her and encourages her to pursue her dreams & cultivate her talents— there truly is nothing sweeter! Harry's genuine, kind personality and calm presence made it so easy for me to get to know him and take these sweet pictures. We had such a great time during this session, running around Clemson and this tucked away little desert area taking their photos… I guess you could say we even channelled a little of Leah’s inner Arizona roots! Harry, who admitted he wasn’t really looking forward to taking all these pictures before, said he had so much fun by the time we were done! It was so easy for them to be natural and spend time together and for me to capture it in all these sweet photos! I really think these pictures show how sincere, sweet and fun Harry + Leah’s relationship is. I love it when I can capture a couple’s personality so easily by helping create an environment where they can just have fun with each other and spend time together for a few hours. Just a few more weeks until I get to be apart of their special day and I am SO excited. I can guarantee you I will probably cry because of all the sweetness + beauty I know that day will be. July 6th, I am counting down the days!
