Harrison + Leah Wright // Wedding Preview

Here’s a little sneak peak of this PERFECT summer wedding— Leah + Harry’s day was simply beautiful! They got married at a historic farmhouse in Easley, SC that has just recently built a wedding venue on their property. This little farmhouse has such southern character + charm, it was the perfect setting for this romantic wedding day. Leah and her bridesmaids got ready together in a little suite connected to the home— it was such a cute spot and they had the most fun time together talking, eating, laughing + getting excited for Leah’s big day together! If I could describe Leah + Harry's day in a few words it would go something like this: romantic, relaxed, joyful, celebratory, thoughtful + simply beautiful. Everything about their day was just so intentional and special. Leah + Harry did a first look together before the ceremony and it was such a sweet and perfect time for the two of them to spend by themselves before all the events of the day started happening. It was a happy but emotional time for each of them during this time together— a moment full of joy and awe as they saw each other for the first time + spent the last few moments together before they got to say “I do”! We shot their pictures together all around this sweet, quaint property and made sure to hit all the cute little corners of the house that were so perfectly decorated. I honestly felt like I was shooting for a Bridal magazine the whole day, because of how picture perfect this little southern home was laid out. With the white house, rustic brick and greenery everywhere, it was like a little fairytale! Leah + Harry's ceremony was such a sweet part to their special and unique to day. Harry's dad married them and they had two of their good friends in the bridal party sing a hymn during the ceremony. Harry + Leah were just so giddy and excited to finally be married as they walked out of the ceremony, it was the cutest thing! Those are the first little moments of marriage that will NEVER get old for me! Leah + Harry’s reception was such a sweet and fun time for everyone. Every single guest was just as excited as they were, and celebrated their love all night long. Their reception decorations and details were like a summer dream out of Southern Living. Leah, as well as her whole family, have an eye for art, design, and the beautiful things in life, so I was not one bit surprised that the reception was nothing short of a beautiful! I loved how they used bright summer colors, like orange and peach, all throughout the wedding day that made everything look so vibrant and beautiful. My most favorite decoration definitely had to have been the big beautiful baskets of peaches that were the centerpiece of every table. They even had their guests take home baskets of them as their exit gift— how cute?! There was so much thought put into every decoration + detail there, I just loved every single one of them! I am so incredibly happy for these two sweet friends who were truly made for each other. It's been so amazing getting to grow up beside Leah + see how faithful the Lord is by giving a husband who pursues and loves her like Harry. I cannot wait to edit all of their pictures so soon + am so excited for their future together!
