Sarah + Scott // Engagement Pictures

Sarah + Scott’s engagement shoot was just like them— SO MUCH FUN! Sarah is my best friends + roommates’ cousin and I’ve gotten to know her throughout the past couple of years. I was literally so excited when she asked me to shoot her engagement AND wedding because I just love her and her family so much! I can’t wait to shoot their special day in November, from Sarah and her girls, to more beautiful pictures of this photogenic couple! These love bird’s have been dating since we were in high school and I’m so excited for them to finally be married soon! Their engagement session was shot at Sarah’s family lake house which was not only so beautiful + picturesque, but a special place where they have made so many sweet memories together. I also got to get a little fun + creative with shooting as we got to explore and walk all around their beautiful property. It was so much fun getting to shoot them at the water and sitting on the dock together, there are truly so many beautiful areas all around Keowee! We had such a great time getting to make our way all along the edge of the water and capture their goofy, silly moments! We ended the session at a little overlook spot on Lake Keowee which made for the most beautiful sunset spot EVER!!! I just loved the all black look they chose for the end at this spot, it set the perfect romantic mood for those intimate sunset pictures. The pictures of them walking hand in hand as he twirls her along the water’s edge will be some of my FOREVER FAVS! Sarah is also amazing at hair and makeup (go check her out!) and the outfits she chose for the shoot were perfect for the different looks she was going for. Such a sweet and truly beautiful couple— only a few short months until I get to get them behind my camera again in November!
